YH Kurti is a women’s ethnic wear manufacturing and wholesale business based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We specialize in Kurtis, Anarkali Kurtis, and 3-piece suit sets.
We are looking for an experienced Garment Production Manager to oversee and improve our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and manage daily garment production.
* Coordinate fabric purchasing, cutting, stitching, embroidery, printing, and finishing.
* Manage job workers, suppliers, and production staff.
* Ensure products meet quality standards.
* Monitor production costs and reduce fabric wastage.
* Track production quantities, pending orders, and delivery schedules.
* Coordinate inventory and finished-goods availability.
* Prepare daily production reports.
* Ensure orders are completed on time.
Requirements
* 2-5 years of experience in garment manufacturing.
* Experience in ladies’ Kurtis and ethnic wear preferred.
* Strong knowledge of garment production planning and quality control.
* Ability to manage workers, job workers, and vendors.
* Good communication and reporting skills.
* Knowledge of Excel and production management software is preferred.
