Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and career-oriented interns to join our Human Resources team. Interns will gain practical experience in recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations under the guidance of experienced professionals.





Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and recruitment updates
• Assist with maintaining recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports
• Support job postings on recruitment portals and other sourcing platforms
• Assist with candidate documentation and pre-joining formalities
• Support onboarding activities and maintain employee documentation
• Assist with maintaining employee records and updating HR trackers
• Support attendance tracking and other HR administrative activities, as assigned
• Assist with employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communication
• Coordinate with internal departments to support HR-related requireme
