Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead infrastructure integration projects related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A;) and laboratory environments.
The ideal candidate should have robust project ownership, be capable of working independently with minimal handholding, and drive projects from planning through execution and completion.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and integration projects related to M&A; and laboratory environments.
• Take ownership of project planning, execution, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage infrastructure readiness and integration activities, including networks, servers, and equipment relocation, as applicable.




• Identify project risks and resolve issues independently, escalating only when required.
• Ensure timely delivery and effective communication across stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience
• 8+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven experience owning and driving projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and integration projects.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Life sciences, pharmaceutical, or laboratory industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.

A hands-on project manager who can take complete ownership of infrastructure integration projects, work with minimal guidance, and ensure timely execution and delivery.
