Role Description The Regional Collection Manager – Vehicle Finance is responsible for overseeing and optimizing collections operations for vehicle finance portfolios across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This full-time,



on-site role involves leading and mentoring collection teams, setting regional recovery targets, and monitoring performance against defined metrics. The role includes designing and implementing collection strategies, managing delinquent accounts, coordinating with branch teams, legal and recovery partners, and ensuring adherence to regulatory, compliance, and company guidelines. The manager will regularly review portfolio health, analyze trends in non-performing assets, prepare reports for senior leadership, and recommend process improvements. The position also involves building strong customer relationships, resolving escalated cases professionally, and maintaining high standards of conduct and data security.
