KOHIRA is a rapidly expanding lab-grown diamond jewellery brand, building a strong Pan-India retail presence through company-operated and franchise-owned showroom models.
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Head - Retail Expansion & Projects to lead our entire showroom expansion process, from property identification and franchisee acquisition to showroom interior execution, inventory readiness and successful store launch.
The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, negotiation, project management and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Management
The candidate will directly lead and manage the following teams:
• Property Acquisition Manager (PAM):



Oversee property identification, location evaluation, rental negotiations and property finalization.
• Franchise Development Manager (FDM): Lead franchisee acquisition, investor meetings, commercial negotiations, deal closures and franchise onboarding.
• Franchise Development Executive (FDE): Supervise franchise marketing, lead generation, lead qualification, CRM management and follow-ups.
• Project Manager: Monitor showroom interior execution, contractor management, project budgets, construction quality and timely project completion.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Define monthly and quarterly targets for each reporting team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and progress meetings.
• Collect daily and weekly reports from all reporting managers.
• Ensure coordination, accountability and timely execution across departments.
• Submit consolidated expansion MIS and progress reports directly to senior manageme
