Role Description The Growth & Operations Intern role at Scholar Spring is a full-time, Hybrid position based in Chennai. The intern will support day-to-day operational activities, including
• Demand Generation: Secure students and professionals for upskilling programs by running campaigns and identifying leads.
• Social Media Handling: Create posts in social media such as Linked In, WhatsApp, Instagram,



and Facebook to generate leads and capture admissions for academic and professional upskilling programs.
• Coordinating Students with Mentors: Liaising with Mentors / Trainers and map identified students for admissions.
• Operations Support: Coordinate schedules and align with elite mentors for education services and manage training sessions making sure the trainings are happening as scheduled.
• Financial Admin: Manage student invoicing and track fee collections and payment to Mentors.

Coordinating projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution of tasks across teams. Responsibilities include assisting with growth initiatives, such as outreach campaigns, supporting sales activities, and helping optimize internal processes.
