Industrial Designer, Jewellery Mechanisms

WHO WE ARE
We're building the first Indian jewellery and accessories brand that belongs on the global stage, not as an export, but as a name. Designed and manufactured in Delhi, built for New York. We make everything in house, and we're launching in 2026.

THE ROLE
You'll design the pieces most people say can't be done: jewellery that opens, moves, transforms and locks. You'll work directly with the founder on the most ambitious work the brand makes, and make every mechanism as beautiful as the piece around it.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Design mechanisms: hinges, clasps, springs, pieces that open and close
- Take complex pieces from concept to a working prototype in hand
- Test moving parts, find where they fail, and fix them before casting




- Work alongside our jewellery CAD designer on pieces that need both

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years in SolidWorks or similar engineering CAD, with Rhino a plus
- A background in industrial design, product design or mechanical engineering
- Proven work on small, precise moving parts: jewellery, watches, accessories or consumer products
- An eye for form: mechanisms that look as good as they work
- Jewellery knowledge a strong plus
- A portfolio that shows working mechanisms, not just renders
- Delhi based, full time, in person

COMPENSATION
₹50,000 to ₹75,000 per month, based on experience, portfolio and skill.
Annual bonus of two months' salary, based on performance.
