About Position:

We are seeking an accomplished Presales Director to lead and scale the presales and solutions consulting function for our Hi-Tech and ISV vertical. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in solutioning, large-deal pursuits, consulting-led sales, and business growth across the global ISV ecosystem. This role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end presales charter, shaping winning deal strategies, building differentiated offerings, and establishing robust relationships with CXO-level stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a critical role in accelerating revenue growth, improving win rates, and strengthening market positioning across software product companies, SaaS providers, and technology organizations.

What You'll Do:

• Own and lead the end-to-end presales charter for the Hi-Tech and ISV business across new and existing opportunities.
• Drive qualified pipeline creation, deal governance,



solution quality, and overall pursuit effectiveness.
• Partner with sales leadership to define pursuit strategies and maximize qualified Total Contract Value (TCV).
• Lead win strategies, value propositions, competitive positioning, and price-to-win approaches for large and strategic opportunities.
• Govern RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses from qualification through submission and client presentations.
• Chair solution reviews and approval boards involving delivery, engineering, finance, legal, and leadership stakeholders.
• Orchestrate global cross-functional pursuit teams for complex multi-year and multi-tower engagements.
• Lead client-facing solution workshops, executive presentations, proposal defenses, and negotiation activities.
