Experience: 4-12 years of relevant experience in the automotive sector, with a solid track record of delivering measurable business impact.
Preferred Background: Experience with leading management consulting firms serving automotive clients is highly desirable. We are also open to candidates from leading automotive OEMs, auto-component manufacturers, and mobility companies with experience in strategy, sales, channel development, customer experience, marketing, retail operations, or business transformation.
What We Are Looking For:
Candidates with demonstrated experience in driving growth, improving commercial performance, enhancing customer experience, and delivering transformation outcomes across automotive OEMs, dealer networks, aftermarket businesses, or auto-component companies.
Candidate specifications (insert the relevant personal skills here):
• Strong communication skills - written & verbal
• Strong presentation skills and experience of having dealt with CXO level
• Strong analytical skills
• Delivery of tangible value on projects
• Ability to lead projects across cross-functional teams
