ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sr. Executive – Procurement to join our team in Mumbai.
The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor development, negotiations, purchase order management, delivery coordination,



and ensuring the timely availability of materials required for business operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials, packaging materials, and services.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Source materials based on quality, cost, availability, and delivery requirements.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, contracts, and other commercial conditions with suppliers.
• Prepare, process, and monitor purchase orders.
• Track supplier deliveries and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendors.
• Monitor market trends, raw material prices, availability, and supplier developments.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and other internal teams.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
