Accountable & Responsible for:

• Assist in Preparation of Process Flow Diagram (PFD)
• Review of the Technical offer and P&IDs; for compliance as per URS.
• Prepare the process flow path mark-up and the process requirement.
• Discuss and Prepare comment response sheets of P&ID;
• Assist in Defining Process Parameters
• Identifying, Listing and line sizing the required Equipment & Components (BOM - as per application)
• Prepare, Finalize & Transmit Equipment Process Datasheet
• Prepare & Finalize Specification & Datasheet for new Component enquiry, if needed
• Prepare & finalize the line sizing and component sizing as per application
• Assist to Finalize Hazardous Area Classification, if applicable
• Ensure correct ASME BPE compliances

• Calculate, prepare and finalize various calculations below in discussion with team
• Line Sizing




• Heat Exchanger Selection & Design
• Filter housing Selection & Sizing
• Spray Ball Selection & Sizing
• Control Valve Selection & Sizing
• Magnetic Mixer Selection & Sizing
• Top-entry Agitator Selection (including Type of Impellers & Motor HP rating)
• Insulation Selection & Sizing
• Utility requirement Calculation (including Specification and Type of Utilities)
• Pump Hydraulics Calculations & Selection

• Analysis & Finalization of current Component offers (both Technical & Commercial)
• Prepare & Finalize P&ID;, taking into consideration all comments from TSS & Projects
• Handover Process Datasheet & BOM to Projects for ERP entry & procurement
• Discuss & Finalize Vendor inputs for the internal 2D & 3D Team
• Prepare final Datasheet for BOM and transmit to the Project Team for updating in ERP
