Role Description The Collections Agent role at GETLUX is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will make outgoing and receive incoming calls to customers regarding overdue accounts, reminding them of payment obligations and negotiating suitable payment arrangements. They will accurately record call outcomes,
update account information, and coordinate with field collection teams when needed. The Collections Agent will handle customer queries, provide clear explanations of payment terms, and escalate complex cases to supervisors as appropriate. This role also involves adhering to all compliance and regulatory guidelines, meeting daily and monthly collection targets, and contributing to a professional and respectful customer experience.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage overdue accounts effectively.
