About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Business Manager to join our Residential Interior Sales team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in residential interior sales, client relationship management, and deal closures. The role involves handling qualified leads from the Pre-Sales team, understanding customer requirements, presenting tailored interior design solutions, and converting prospects into confirmed projects while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle qualified leads received from the Pre-Sales team and drive them towards conversion.
• Understand client requirements, budget, design preferences, and project expectations.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to assess requirements and build robust relationships.
• Present residential interior design solutions, concepts, proposals, and quotations to clients.
• Coordinate with the Design team to develop customized solutions aligned with client needs.




• Lead negotiations, manage commercial discussions, and close sales deals.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed residential interior design projects.
• Manage the sales pipeline, maintain accurate lead updates, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience from the initial consultation through deal closure and project handover.
• Build long-term client relationships, encourage referrals, and identify opportunities for additional business.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in residential interior sales.
• Experience in modular interiors, home interiors, or premium residential interior projects is preferred.
