Role Description The Planning Engineer role at Mana Projects Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Planning Engineer will develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate production planning activities, and support project control processes to ensure timely completion of construction projects. This role includes analyzing project data, monitoring progress against plans, preparing status reports, and identifying risks or delays with appropriate corrective actions.



The Planning Engineer will collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align resources, optimize workflows, and maintain explicit communication across all project phases.

• Candidates should possess strong Planning and project management skills to structure project timelines and resource allocations effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Project Control capabilities to track performance, interpret data, and support decision-making.
