BluthSolar is looking for a technically skilled and experienced Solar Technician with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in solar installation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain On-Grid and Off-Grid solar power systems.
- Perform solar panel mounting, inverter installation, wiring, and electrical connections.
- Troubleshoot technical faults and carry out repairs.
- Understand solar components, system installation, earthing, and electrical safety.
- Ensure quality installation and proper functioning of solar systems at project sites.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in solar projects is mandatory.
- Practical experience in On-Grid and Off-Grid solar installations.
- Robust technical knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, DC/AC wiring, and electrical components.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
