Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5–10 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and hiring quality talent for technical and non-technical positions.
The candidate should have excellent sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
● Understand hiring requirements by working closely with hiring managers.
● Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
● Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
● Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
● Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate follow-ups.
● Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
● Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
