Job Description:
• Minimum 8+ years of IT experience
• Minimum 2-3 Years Experience in Team Lead
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting the hardware & software issues.
• Installation & configuration of the IT assets, printer, Audio-Video devices
• Vendor Management, Asset Management, Escalation Management
• Knowledge of SCCM, MS Intune, and O365 is an advantage.
• Work as an Individual contributor, team player and should oversee all the IT operations.
• Should be available during weekend activities (Server/Network/Vendor)
• Valuable Communication skills, Languages English, Hindi
• Shift timings – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST, Monday to Friday
