Role Description The Junior E-Commerce Executive is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves supporting the management of online sales channels,



monitoring product listings, pricing, and promotions, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date content across e-commerce platforms. The individual will help track and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness, preparing regular reports and insights for senior team members. The role includes coordinating with account managers, sales teams, and marketing colleagues to improve online conversion, customer satisfaction, and retention. The Junior E-Commerce Executive will also assist with inventory checks, order follow-ups, and resolving platform-related issues to maintain a smooth end-to-end e-commerce experience.
