Role Description The Salesperson role at Panthera Electric is a full-time, on-site position based in Mangaluru. The Salesperson will identify and qualify prospective customers, present Panthera’s technology and product benefits, and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations,



following up on leads, maintaining accurate sales records, and collaborating closely with technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves participating in local events or industry gatherings, gathering market feedback, and contributing to sales strategy and territory planning. The Salesperson is expected to build long-term relationships with clients and represent Panthera Electric professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in customer relationship management, lead generation, and sales negotiation.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in transparent, accessible language to diverse audiences.
• Experience in consultative selling, solution-based sales, or technical product sales, ideally in EV, energy, or related sectors.
