Role Description The Sales Manager – Telecom & Networking Solutions will lead sales activities for RLTECH’s portfolio, focusing on GPON, EPON, IPTV, and OTT solutions for telecom and ISP clients. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth in assigned territories.
The Sales Manager will conduct client meetings and presentations, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and maintain long-term relationships with partners and customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with technical and product teams to tailor solutions, tracking sales pipelines, analyzing market trends, and reporting on sales performance. The role also requires participation in industry events, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in telecom or networking solutions sales, preferably with GPON, EPON, IPTV, or OTT products.
• Solid skills in account management, business development, and relationship building with telecom operators, ISPs, and enterprise clients.
