CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & ONBOARDING EXECUTIVE
Location: Delhi | Experience: 1–2 years | Reporting: Operations Head | CTC: As per industry standards

The Role
We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented professional who can bring service partners onto the Servouz platform, complete their onboarding and ensure a smooth experience thereafter.
This is a people + calling + onboarding + customer experience role. You will regularly connect with bartenders, butlers and other hospitality professionals, explain Servouz, make outbound/cold calls, encourage registrations, complete verification and follow up until onboarding is successfully completed.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound and cold calls to identify, engage and onboard bartenders,



butlers and other service partners.
• Explain Servouz, its platform and chance clearly and convert interested professionals into registered partners.
• Follow up with leads and incomplete registrations to drive onboarding to closure.
• Complete partner verification, including Aadhaar-related checks and missing-information follow-ups.
• Handle queries and grievances from service partners and customers professionally.
• Coordinate with the IT and Operations teams to resolve app/platform-related issues.
• Track calls, onboarding status, complaints, follow-ups and resolutions using MS Excel.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely closure of pending cases.
• Share relevant onboarding and customer experience updates with the Operations Head.

What We're Looking For
• 1–2 years of experience in customer experience, telecalling, inside sales, BPO, hospitality, onboarding or another people-facing
