We provide guidance on university admissions, course selection, scholarships, application processing, and student visa assistance across various countries.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated, target-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our student network, generate leads, build partnerships, and convert prospective students into enrolled clients for our study-abroad services.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and manage leads from students interested in studying abroad.
* Connect with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, online campaigns, and other channels.
* Counsel students about international education opportunities, university admissions, scholarships,



and consultancy services.
* Follow up with interested students and convert leads into paying clients.
* Build relationships with colleges, educational institutions, coaching centres, and other potential B2B partners.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrolments.
* Maintain lead records, follow-up reports, and monthly performance updates.
* Achieve the assigned monthly student enrolment targets.

Monthly Performance Target

The selected candidate must achieve a minimum target of 5–10 student enrolments per month, depending on the assigned target and business requirements. Candidates should be comfortable working with measurable performance goals, regular follow-ups, and conversion-based responsibilities.
