About the role:
We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to drive measurable growth across our D2C beauty brands. If you are analytical, performance-driven, and passionate about scaling digital campaigns - we'd love to connect.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and reduce CPA.
• Monitor performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, and conversions.




• Manage conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Create ad copies, test campaigns, and optimize budgets.
• Prepare performance reports and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 years of experience.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads, keyword research, and bidding strategies.
• Knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking, and campaign analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn.

Location: Goregaon West (6 days working)
