About the Role

We are seeking experienced legal professionals to contribute their expertise to the development and evaluation of AI systems. You will apply your knowledge of contract law, legal research, regulatory compliance, and legal writing to assess legal scenarios and provide accurate, well-reasoned feedback.

This opportunity is suited to licensed lawyers with strong analytical skills, sound legal judgment, and the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

- Review contracts to identify legal risks, ambiguities, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.

- Research relevant statutes, regulations, and case law to inform project requirements and legal assessments.

- Draft, edit, and evaluate legal documents for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.

- Analyze regulatory compliance issues across multiple jurisdictions and assess alignment with applicable legal standards.

- Prepare clear written explanations and rationales supporting legal positions and decisions.

- Collaborate through asynchronous written and verbal communication to clarify complex legal concepts.

- Evaluate legal data and provide structured feedback to improve AI training materials.

Required Qualifications

- Active law license or bar admission.

- At least 5 years of legal practice in contract law,



regulatory compliance, or a closely related specialty.

- Demonstrated expertise in contract review, legal research, regulatory compliance, and legal writing.

- Solid critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and attention to legal nuance.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex legal issues to legal and non-legal audiences.

- Ability to interpret and apply laws and regulations across different jurisdictions.

- Ability to work independently in a remote, project-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with legal technology tools.

- Experience reviewing complex legal documents and developing evidence-based legal assessments.
