About the job

As an Inside Sales Associate at Alvineient, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your role will involve proactively reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting outbound sales calls to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.
2. Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of sales prospects using CRM software.
3. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
4. Providing exceptional customer service and support to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
5. Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs regularly.
6. Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
7. Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement innovative sales techniques and strategies.
