Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Academic Coordinator with prior teaching experience to manage academic operations, coordinate with faculty, monitor student progress, and ensure smooth execution of academic activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily academic activities and ensure smooth functioning of academic operations.
- Manage faculty schedules, class timetables, and academic planning.
- Monitor teaching quality, syllabus completion, and student performance.
- Coordinate with teachers to ensure effective lesson planning and timely syllabus completion.
- Track student attendance, academic progress, assessments, and examination schedules.




- Communicate with parents regarding students’ academic performance and progress.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with faculty to maintain academic standards.
- Support academic planning, student assessments, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Address academic concerns and coordinate with management for timely resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

- Prior teaching experience is mandatory.
- Experience in academic coordination, school administration, or educational institutions will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of academic planning, classroom management, and student performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with faculty, students, parents, and management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic academic reporting is preferred.
