Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Current Hire Trainer with a strong background in luxury retail and in-depth knowledge of watches. This role is responsible for onboarding and training new employees, ensuring they understand brand values, product knowledge, and deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with luxury standards.
Role Objective
This role is responsible for delivering structured training programs for new retail hires. The focus is to build strong capability on watch fundamentals, store operations, luxury selling, and delivering a consistent Ethos customer experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver structured onboarding for new retail hires
• Train on watch technicals (movements, complications, materials, brand basics)
• Cover daily store operations, SOPs, and compliance standards
• Drive luxury sales training: need discovery, objection handling, and closing
• Build strong storytelling across brands and collections
• Train on premium customer experience and service standards
• Conduct assessments and certify new hires for floor readiness
• Share on-ground feedback to improve training content and delivery
• Track training completion and readiness metrics
• Keep training content & material upto date
Who Should Apply
• Minimum 2 years of experience working at any luxury retail store
• Ability to deliver a strong understanding of watch brands, technicals, and selling
• Demonstrated strength in customer handling and conversions
