• Responsible for executing end-to-end progression and regression testing for complex hardware and software systems.
• Responsible for validating new features while ensuring existing functionality remains stable and unaffected.
• Responsible for designing, maintaining, and executing test scenarios based on product requirements and business workflows.
• Responsible for identifying, documenting, tracking, and verifying software defects through resolution.
• Responsible for analyzing logs, databases, and system behaviour to investigate and isolate issues.
• Responsible for reproducing reported customer and internal issues and providing detailed analysis to development teams.
• Responsible for building, configuring, and maintaining generic and customer-specific test environments.
• Responsible for preparing and maintaining QA deliverables including test plans, test cases, and execution reports.
• Assists in release validation activities and quality sign-off processes.
• Assists in sprint planning, refinement sessions, and other Agile team activities.




• Assists development teams by providing product quality feedback and risk assessments.
• Works closely with Product Management, Development, DevOps, and Support teams to ensure release readiness.
