Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, client-focused Senior Manager – Client Servicing with strong expertise in automotive public relations to manage key auto accounts and drive strategic communications for leading automotive brands.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Indian automotive industry, established media relationships, excellent client management capabilities and the ability to translate business and brand objectives into impactful PR campaigns.

The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on media engagement, team leadership and new-age communications expertise across corporate PR, product launches, brand campaigns and reputation management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Servicing & Account Leadership
Lead day-to-day servicing of automotive clients, acting as a trusted communications partner and primary point of contact.
Develop a strong understanding of client business objectives, brand positioning, product portfolio and competitive landscape.
Build and maintain senior-level client relationships,



ensuring high-quality delivery, responsiveness and client satisfaction.
Drive account planning, monthly reviews, reporting, budgeting and scope-of-work compliance.

2. Automotive Media Relations
Build and maintain solid relationships with automotive journalists, editors, digital publishers, business media and regional media.
Drive proactive media engagement, including interviews, feature stories, expert commentary, product reviews and leadership profiling.
Develop compelling story angles around new vehicle launches, technology, mobility trends, market performance, manufacturing, sustainability and industry developments.
Coordinate media test drives, press conferences, product unveilings, media roundtables and journalist engagement programmes.

3. Strategic Communications & Campaign Planning
Develop and execute integrated PR strategies aligned with automotive clients' brand and business priorities.
