Role Description The Business Development Intern will support growth initiatives by identifying potential clients, assisting in lead generation, and maintaining prospect databases. This internship role is based on-site in New Delhi, where the intern will collaborate with the business development team to conduct market research, analyze trends, and prepare reports to inform strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting outreach campaigns,



drafting presentations and proposals, and assisting with follow-ups to strengthen relationships with employers, insurers, and healthcare partners. The intern will also help coordinate meetings, document client interactions, and contribute to process improvements that enhance the effectiveness of business development activities.
