About the Role

We’re hiring a Technical Business Analyst to work as a dedicated team member for our client, a SaaS company that provides applicant tracking and recruitment technology to government, enterprise and commercial customers.

This is an ownership role. You’ll independently manage requirements and specification writing, technical documentation, customer security questionnaires and compliance coordination, without needing detailed direction. You’ll work with the client’s engineering, product, support, sales and leadership teams to turn complex technical, security and business information into explicit, accurate documentation.

We’re looking for someone with excellent writing and documentation skills, strong analytical ability, and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You’ll learn the client’s domain and specific processes after joining.

What You’ll Do:

Business Analysis & Product Documentation
• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Turn customer, product,



operational and regulatory needs into functional specs, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Run spec reviews and approvals, and keep requirements traceable to delivered outcomes.
• Write and maintain release notes, user guides, knowledge base articles, SOPs and internal technical documentation.
• Support UAT preparation with test scenarios, expected outcomes and evidence requirements.
• Keep templates, terminology and quality standards consistent across all documentation.

Security, Compliance & Audit Coordination
• Maintain security and compliance documentation, evidence registers and audit action trackers with control owners.
• Support ISO 27001 internal and external audits, certification and ongoing assurance.
• Manage the ISMS document register, policy review schedule, evidence repository and approval records.
• Collect evidence from engineering, product, support, HR, vendors and leadership.
