Ndimensions (nds.studio) is an AI growth agency. We're looking for someone who can run day-to-day HR and also help grow our client base.
What you'll do:
• Handle hiring end to end: post jobs, screen candidates, and schedule interviews
• Look after onboarding, attendance, and employee records
• Find and follow up with leads by phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Do client demos, send proposals, and close deals
• Keep the CRM and sales reports up to date
What we're looking for:
• 0–3 years of experience in HR, sales, or both
• Clear spoken and written English and Hindi
• Comfortable making calls and talking to business owners
• Organised, quick to follow up, and good with Google Sheets and WhatsApp
Details:
• Full time, in office at H33, IT Park, MIA, Udaipur
• ₹15,000–35,000 per month, depending on experience
