We are looking for an HR Recruiter who can independently handle recruitment for US IT Recruiter positions and help build a strong recruiting team.

? Location: CR Park, New Delhi
? Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
? Role: HR Recruiter
? Work Mode: On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Work closely with management to understand hiring requirements and close positions within timelines.




• Support employee onboarding and maintain basic recruitment documentation.
What We’re Looking For
• Prior experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, preferably in US IT staffing.
• Good understanding of recruiting and candidate screening processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple openings and recruitment targets.
• Experience hiring recruiters will be a strong advantage.
