Role Description The Maths Mentor role at FACE Prep Campus is a full-time, on-site position based in Karur. The mentor will deliver engaging mathematics sessions, clarify core concepts, and guide students through problem-solving techniques relevant to placement preparation and industry-oriented assessments.



Responsibilities include planning and structuring lesson content, creating practice questions and learning materials, and conducting doubt-clearing and remedial sessions for diverse learner groups. The Maths Mentor will track student performance, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with other mentors and coordinators to align mathematics training with the broader upskilling curriculum. Additional tasks may include supporting workshops, mock tests, and standardized exam coaching as needed.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in core mathematics topics such as algebra, geometry, statistics, and quantitative aptitude, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to learners at different levels.
• Experience in academic mentoring, teaching, or coaching, preferably in college or training institute settings, focusing on placement readiness or competitive exams.
