India's first programme of its kind, specialist-taught training programme for veterinarians.

A 3-years immersive training | 45 positions | Commencing 15 November 2026
This is not routine clinical exposure. This is structured, rigorous professional advancement.

• The Academic & Clinical Rigor: Taught by six board-certified specialists from the American and European colleges (DACVECC, DECVS, DACVAA, DECVIM-CA, RCVS Recognised Specialist) with daily teaching rounds 5 days a week.
• Competency-Based Mastery: 471 technical skills, strictly assessed and signed off against a published competency framework.
• Certification: Awarded by IIVS, the institute behind the esteemed residency programmes at The Eye Vet and The Cancer Vet.

The Structure:
• Months 1–6 (Pune): Intensive foundation phase.
• Months 7–18 (Mumbai): Full clinical rotations across every service at Top Dog Pets Clinic's new state-of-the-art Mumbai hospital—spanning 24-hour ER,



ICU/HDU, advanced theatres, anaesthesia, and CT imaging.
• Months 19–36 (Mumbai): Progression onto the Advanced Practitioner track to certification, or a competitive residency track in one of the specialties.

This is a fully-funded career position. You will receive a full salary throughout, along with qualified indemnity insurance coverage, and there is nothing to pay for the training, It is a 36-month commitment, with every month dedicated to training.

Candidate Profile:
• Minimum requirement - BVSc & AH or equivalent degree.
• VCI or State Veterinary Council registration.
• Commitment to relocate to Pune for the initial 6 months, followed by Mumbai.
