About the RoleSkyyRider Electric Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Dealer Development Specialist to strengthen and expand our dealer network. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in dealer development, channel development, or dealership management within the automobile industry.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential dealers, developing recent dealership opportunities, managing dealer relationships, and supporting the expansion of the company's business across assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities• Identify, approach, evaluate, and onboard potential dealers and channel partners.
• Develop and expand the dealer network across assigned territories.
• Conduct market research to identify potential locations and business opportunities.
• Generate qualified dealer leads through market visits,



references, networking, and other sources.
• Evaluate prospective dealers based on investment capability, infrastructure, market potential, business experience, and commercial suitability.
• Conduct meetings and negotiations with prospective dealers and channel partners.
• Coordinate the complete dealer onboarding process, including documentation and commercial formalities.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective dealers.
• Regularly visit dealer locations to understand business requirements and market conditions.
• Monitor dealer performance, sales, stock, market coverage, and business potential.
• Support dealers in achieving sales and business development targets.
• Identify underperforming dealers and coordinate with the concerned teams for corrective actions.
