Roles and Responsibility -
Campaign Planning & Execution -
• Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart.
• Select the right ad formats (Sponsored Products, Brand Ads, Display, PLA, etc.)
• Align ad strategy with sales targets,



inventory levels, and seasonality (e.g., sale events)

Performance Monitoring & Optimization -
• Track key KPIs: ROAS, TACOS, ACoS, CTR, CVR, Sales
• Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, and placements on a daily/weekly basis
• Reduce wasted spend and improve profitability
• Pause or scale campaigns based on performance trends

Budget & Spend Management -
• Allocate and control ad budgets efficiently
• Increase/decrease spend based on TACOS/ROAS performance
• Ensure spend is aligned with business goals and HOD guidance

Keyword, Search Term & Product Targeting -
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize search terms and negative keywords
• Manage category, brand, and product-level targeting

Reporting & Insights -
• Prepare daily, weekly, MTD performance reports
• Share actionable insights with stakeholders/HOD
• Highlight issues like rising TACOS, low ROAS, or po
