Role Description The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence for Kondaas solar and UPS products within the assigned territory. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, involving regular visits to customers, dealers, and channel partners. Day-to-day activities include identifying new business opportunities,



developing and executing sales strategies, and meeting revenue and profitability targets. The role also includes building and maintaining solid customer relationships, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery and service support, and preparing sales reports and forecasts. The Area Sales Manager will monitor market trends and competitor activities while ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and brand representation.
Qualifications
• Strong sales and business development skills, including territory management and account management.
• Experience in channel and dealer management, preferably in solar, power solutions, or related technical products.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze sales data, and develop effective sales strategies.
