Role Description The Accounting Intern will support the finance and accounting team with day-to-day tasks in a full time, remote capacity. Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements, posting and reconciling journal entries, and updating accounting records. The intern will help test and use accounting software, support routine reporting, and assist with basic tax-related data checks related to automated transactions. The role also involves researching discrepancies,



organizing financial documentation, and collaborating with team members across time zones using digital tools.
Qualifications
• Ability to work with Financial Statements and understand basic Finance concepts.
• Proficiency or familiarity with Accounting Software and related digital tools.
• Strong Analytical Skills for reviewing data, identifying variances, and supporting reconciliations.
• Knowledge of Journal Entries (Accounting) and core bookkeeping principles.
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Attention to detail, reliability in handling confidential information, and strong organizational skills.
• Comfort working in a remote, technology-driven environment and communicating clearly in writing and verbally.
• Interest in tax technology, global taxation, or fintech is an advantage.
