Role Description The Senior Executive Sales Representative is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting tailored real estate solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The individual will maintain strong relationships with existing clients, provide market insights, and collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and optimize service offerings. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing sales reports, tracking performance against targets, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and follow-up.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in real estate sales or business development, preferably in a consulting or investment-focused setting.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills,
with the ability to close complex deals.
• Ability to analyze market trends, prepare presentations, and communicate value propositions clearly.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including client visits in Noida and remote collaboration with internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional, inclusive approach to working with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized, with strong time management and reporting abilities.
