Job SummaryOneList Consultant is hiring a State Head – Sales on behalf of its client to lead state-level sales and business development for solar inverters and energy storage solutions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership, channel development, strategic business planning, and team management, preferably within the solar inverter, solar EPC, renewable energy, or electrical equipment industry.
The role will be responsible for achieving state sales targets, expanding the dealer and EPC network, developing current business opportunities, leading the regional sales team, and strengthening the company's market position across C&I;, residential, and utility-scale segments.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development• Achieve state-level sales targets for solar inverters, including on-grid, hybrid, micro, and central inverters, along with related solar solutions and energy storage systems.
• Identify, appoint, and develop channel partners, dealers, distributors, and solar EPC clients across the assigned state.
• Develop and implement sales
