SkillonX Edtech Private Limited, a Mysuru-based EdTech company, is hiring a Business Development Manager – B2B & B2C Sales to independently own our sales in Bengaluru.

You'll take SkillonX solutions, including SuitonX, our college ERP and campus operating system, to colleges, universities, schools, training institutions and businesses. You will also serve eligible individual customers.

What you'll do
• Independently manage SkillonX sales in Bengaluru, with institutional B2B as the priority
• Generate leads and book meetings with institutional decision-makers
• Run product presentations and demos
• Negotiate and close deals
• Build distributor, reseller and channel partnerships
• Manage B2B and B2C relationships and keep CRM records up to date
• Share daily activity updates and weekly sales reports
• Coordinate with management on requirements, proposals and payment follow-ups

What we're looking for




• 3–5 years in sales or BD (preferred), ideally EdTech, SaaS, ERP or software sales
• A proven record of revenue and closures. We prefer people who have independently closed deals over telecalling-only profiles
• Strong communication and negotiation skills. English and Kannada preferred
• Bengaluru education-sector contacts are an advantage
• Independent and accountable

Compensation: Fixed ₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month + performance incentives + approved travel reimbursements
