About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Influencer Marketing & Creator Partnerships Executive to help manage creator collaborations from discovery to campaign completion.
You’ll identify relevant influencers, manage outreach through social media, handle negotiations, coordinate campaign execution, and build solid creator relationships. This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, follows social media trends, and can keep multiple collaborations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
• Research, identify, and shortlist influencers and creators based on campaign objectives, target audiences, content quality, and brand fit.
• Manage creator outreach exclusively through social media, including direct messages, campaign pitches, and follow-ups.
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and timelines within approved campaign budgets and requirements.
• Coordinate creator onboarding and communicate campaign briefs, content requirements, and expectations clearly.
• Work with creators and internal teams to manage content submissions,



feedback, approvals, and publishing schedules.
• Track campaign deliverables and deadlines, flag delays, and help resolve coordination issues.
• Maintain accurate creator databases, outreach records, and campaign trackers.
• Build and maintain strong creator relationships to support repeat collaborations.
• Stay updated on emerging creators, content formats, platform developments, and influencer marketing trends.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence in social media outreach, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Ability to assess creators based on audience relevance, engagement, and content quality.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
