Job Description: ServiceNow ITSM / Vulnerability Response (VR) – Senior Developer

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM / Vulnerability Response (VR) Senior Developer with 5–7 years of overall experience in ServiceNow development and customization. The ideal candidate must have robust expertise in ITSM, hands-on Vulnerability Response (VR) implementation, and ServiceNow scripting, preferably within financial services or regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. ITSM Development & Enhancement
• Develop and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management modules.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational governance standards.
• Improve SLA adherence, reduce backlogs,



and enhance service quality.

2. Vulnerability Response (VR) / SecOps
• Implement, configure, and optimize ServiceNow Vulnerability Response workflows.
• Manage vulnerability ingestion, prioritization, assignment, tracking, and remediation.
• Integrate vulnerability scanners such as Rapid7 and Fortify.
• Support security reporting, compliance requirements, and audit readiness.

3. ServiceNow Development & Customization
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Configure Flow Designer and Workflows to automate business processes.
• Use JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide APIs to deliver scalable solutions.

4. Integration & CMDB Management
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise systems.
• Support CMDB alignment and integrations across ITSM and VR modules.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliable information flow.
