We are looking for a motivated, target-driven qualified to join our Agency Health team and drive business growth through the Agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive health insurance sales and achieve business targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and activate insurance advisors.
- Build and develop a productive advisor network.
- Conduct field visits, sales meetings, and advisor training.
- Monitor business performance, productivity, and renewals.
- Explore new markets and ensure compliance with company guidelines.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in insurance sales, agency channel,



or financial services preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills.
- Ability to drive business growth and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of Kharagpur and nearby markets will be an advantage.
