Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, responsible for driving sales growth and market development for Tablets (India) Ltd in the assigned region. This role includes managing and mentoring the regional sales team, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring effective coverage of key accounts, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.



The Regional Sales Manager will plan and execute regional sales strategies, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors, and coordinate promotional activities and product launches. Day-to-day tasks involve field visits, territory mapping, competitor analysis, sales reporting, and close collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and senior leadership to achieve business objectives while maintaining ethical and compliant practices.
Qualifications

• Strong regional sales management experience in pharmaceuticals or nutraceuticals, including territory planning, target achievement, and team leadership.
