PagarBook is a free & easy to use employee management, work & payroll management software app where you can manage all your staff and employee’s attendance, record the work done by your staff and employees and their salary, payments & advances can also be-recorded in this app.

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive offline sales through dealers, distributors, system integrator s, and product partners. The person will be responsible for developing the channel network, on-boarding current partners, managing existing relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's business across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the dealer and distributor network for Pagarbook ID (PagarbookDevice).
Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers, distributors, system integrators, and channel partners.
Drive sales through the offline distribution/channel network and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.




Manage relationships with existing channel partners and ensure regular business generation.
Increase product availability and market penetration across the assigned territory.
Conduct regular dealer/distributor visits and understand market requirements.
Generate leads and business opportunities through channel partners.
Coordinate with distributors/dealers for orders, stock availability, pricing, schemes, and payments.
Work closely with partners to ensure proper product visibility and market activation.
Train dealers and partners on products, features, solutions, and sales propositions.
Support channel partners in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and project closures when required.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product launches, and market trends.
Ensure effective implementation of sales schemes, incentives, promotions, and channel programs.
Maintain healthy channel inventory and minimize stock-related issues.
