Role Description

The Motion Graphic Designer will design and animate high-quality motion graphics for brand campaigns, social media content, product videos, and digital experiences. Responsibilities include collaborating with designers and strategists to interpret briefs, developing storyboards, creating visual assets, and producing polished motion design deliverables aligned with brand guidelines. The role involves editing and optimizing video content, preparing assets for multiple platforms, and staying current with motion design trends and tools. This is a full time, on-site role based in Mangaluru, requiring close collaboration with the creative team and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with a solid portfolio showcasing animated brand and digital content.
• Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Video Production,



including basic editing, compositing, and preparing assets for various formats and channels.
• Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and Graphics creation, including layout, typography, and visual storytelling for digital and social media.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator, or equivalent motion and design software.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, work within brand guidelines, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively in an on-site team environment.
• A relevant degree, diploma, or formal training in design, animation, or a related field is beneficial; prior agency or studio experience is an advantage.
