Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment
• Manage recruitment for all business units, brands, and locations.
• Handle hiring for Sales, Service, Workshop, Bodyshop, Spare Parts, and Corporate functions.
• Manage bulk hiring as well as managerial and senior-level positions.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies within defined recruitment timelines.

2. Manpower Planning & Coordination
• Coordinate with Location Heads, HODs, and senior management to understand manpower requirements.
• Maintain vacancy trackers and approved manpower budgets.
• Monitor open positions, hiring priorities, and joining commitments.

3. Recruitment Team Management
• Lead, guide, and monitor the recruitment team.
• Allocate hiring targets and review individual recruiter performance.
• Ensure proper candidate follow-up and recruitment pipeline management.

4. Recruitment Sources & Employer Branding
• Utilise Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, employee referrals, WhatsApp groups, consultancies, and other recruitment platforms.
• Develop cost-effective sourcing strategies for automotive-specific roles.




• Build a strong candidate database for recurring and critical positions.

5. Recruitment MIS & Performance Monitoring
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
• Monitor Time to Hire (TAT), cost per hire, offer-to-joining ratio, and vacancy closure rate.
• Track candidate dropouts, offer rejections, and early attrition.
• Present recruitment performance reports to senior management.

7. Joining & Onboarding Coordination
• Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
• Coordinate with HR Operations for documentation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and hiring status.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the automobile/dealership industry.
• Experience in managing a recruitment team and multi-location hiring.
