Credentech Solutions is looking for an experienced Business Development professional with over 4+ years of experience in the US market to join our team in Chennai.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT Services/ Technology Sales/ Business Development, with a proven track record in US client acquisition, lead generation, relationship management, and business conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with US-based clients and prospects.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
• Conduct client calls, presentations, demos, and business discussions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
• Negotiate commercials and close business opportunities.
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline and CRM activities.




• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Build long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Research US market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.

Required Skills:
• 4+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Account Management.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience working with the US market.
• Experience in IT Services / Software / Technology / IT Staffing will be preferred.
• Solid experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-management skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn, CRM, email campaigns, and lead-generation tools.
• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
• Comfortable working with US time zones when required.
